We offer same-day express delivery services in the Greater Boston area, New England region, and various locations nationally.
To meet the timing and logistical needs of our customers, RTD offers two delivery options: ON DEMAND and ROUTE/SCHEDULED.
– For our Medical & Biotechnology customers we provide ON-DEMAND delivery services that include (1) Med90 (90min or less) and (2) MedSTAT (60min /Direct).
– For all other customers in all other industries, we provide three ON-DEMAND delivery types: (1) Standard (within 2 hours’ time window), (2) Rush (90 min), and (3) Direct (60min or less/Direct).
– RTD can set up automatic, ROUTE/SCHEDULED pick-up and deliveries for reoccurring orders in advance, for example, interoffice mail and other documents.

RTD’s contract Medical Couriers are both HIPAA Compliant and certified in Bloodborne Pathogen Safety.
