RTD Logistics applies a weekly fuel surcharge determined by the U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) New England average fuel price per gallon, effective each Tuesday for the current week. The surcharge percentage is set according to the RTD Logistics fuel surcharge table. For each $0.10 increase in the average fuel price above $4.40 per gallon, the surcharge increases by 0.5%.
